    Sarah MacKenzie’s Christmas School 2023 (3-week holiday drop-in class)

Christmas School is a curriculum designed by Sarah MacKenzie at Read-Aloud Revival. Every week, we’ll read a different Christmas book and have a blast doing related activities that involve food, music, nature study, history, science, and crafts.

Please note: This is a Christian program and contains nondenominational religious content. We will read Bible passages, sing religious Christmas carols, and talk about Jesus Christ.

Drop-in-style class: Call or text me at 480-276-2697 to let me know who from your family will be attending and which days. Please let me know one day prior to the class you want to attend so I can have enough materials and snacks for everyone. I will respond with my home address and other details.

      • Ages 4-12
      • You may attend ANY class session. Please call or text me if you’re coming so that I can have enough materials and snacks for everyone.
      • Class meets from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays: Nov. 28, Nov. 30, Dec. 5, Dec. 7, Dec. 12, Dec. 14
      • $5 per kid per class (ESA Vendor Pay, Venmo, PayPal, or cash)
      • I will serve a kid-friendly snack during each class session (ex: Goldfish crackers and apple juice).

    MICHELLE WATSON

I’m Michelle Watson, a fellow homeschool mom of two young boys, and I love to teach literature, writing, and the dramatic arts. I’m a coffee-drinking bookworm who stays up way past my bedtime reading.

    CREDENTIALS

I earned a BA in English and a single-subject teaching credential from California State University-Fullerton. Although my credential is long expired, I want you to know that I do have that classroom experience under my belt. (After college, I went into writing and editing and *cough* never looked back until homeschooling reacquainted me with my roots.)

    ESA FAMILIES

I’m an ESA Vendor, and I happily accept payments via ClassWallet.
